Fun, Amazing, Etc.

This is the official blog of indie author / adventure writer Andy R. Bunch, author of the fantasy book, "Suffering Rancor." As always, I'll post funny or amazing things I find in my travels or from poking around online. This is a great place to kick back and relax a bit. You may note that I’m not too clean or too dirty. For more information on my book, go to http://andyrbunch.weebly.com/. Here are links to first two books http://goo.gl/iHP1i and http://goo.gl/kK13W

Things to keep your eye on: Credit Card sized Computer

It's called raspberry pi. We seen previous versions of one board microcomputers, the most popular of which is the arduino, but this is different. As limited as arduino is, fans of instructables can point to thousands of things made better when hacked to include the arduino brain from closet doors that open and close themselves to do-it-yourself CNC machines. But that's stone age compared to Raspberry Pi, which comes with linux and uses sd for memory.

With the footprint of a credit card this still isn't even as powerful as a laptop, but hey it retails for $35 so I bet people people will find uses for it.
